O’Neal Food and Entertainment Limited is an indigenous Nigerian company that specializes in delivery of food, snacks,other food related services and entertainment. The company has being doing business under the umbrella of the parent company- O’Neal Ventures Limited, since 1994 but was fully established and registered as a company on the forth of August 2006. The company has its head office at Abuja under the control of Mr. Okpara Nelson Ugo as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The name of the company was coined from two of the names of the C.E.O which are; Okpara Nelson. The ‘O’ from Okpara and the ‘Neal’ from Nelson.
